This notice describes the information flows implemented on the Sprixo website. Sprixo is based in Rajkot, India. Items marked for owner confirmation require clarification before this notice is treated as a complete statement of business practices.
Information collected
When you submit a form, you provide your name, email address, selected service or area of interest, message and privacy consent. A phone number is optional. The Careers form also requests a portfolio or CV link. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid including sensitive personal information.
Contact, quote and careers forms
Contact and quote submissions help Sprixo respond to enquiries and discuss project requirements. Careers submissions provide information for reviewing an introduction or application and contacting the applicant.
The forms use PHP and PHPMailer to send submissions through Hostinger Email. The implemented form handlers do not write submissions to a custom application database or accept file uploads. This does not mean information is never stored: submitted details become emails, and linked portfolio or CV content remains with its hosting service.
The forms use a session cookie and a verification token to protect submissions, a hidden spam-check field, and a limit on submission attempts per session.
Consultation bookings
The Consultation page embeds Cal.com. Date selection, available times and booking forms are handled by Cal.com. Information entered during booking is processed by Cal.com and may be retained in booking records, confirmation emails and connected calendars, depending on the booking account settings.
Owner confirmation required: identify the calendar integrations, account access and retention settings enabled for Sprixo bookings.
Email handling
Form details are sent to the configured Sprixo inbox for that form. The visitor's email is used as the Reply-To address so Sprixo can respond. Messages and replies may remain in mailboxes, provider systems and backups according to their settings.
Owner confirmation required: confirm who can access each inbox, whether messages are forwarded or copied elsewhere, and how mailbox records are managed.
Third-party services
The website uses Hostinger Email for form delivery, Cal.com for embedded bookings, and Google Fonts to load the Manrope typeface. Loading external fonts or an embedded booking service involves a connection to that provider, which receives technical request information such as an IP address.
Links to Sprixo's Dribbble profile and project presentations on Dribbble or Fiverr take you to external websites. Their handling of information is governed by their own notices. Portfolio or CV links submitted through Careers may lead to other providers chosen by the applicant.
Owner confirmation required: confirm the production hosting provider's logs and cookies, any analytics or other tracking enabled outside this code, and any additional operational services. No claim about their presence, absence or retention is made here.
Data protection
The form handlers validate input, require privacy consent, escape content included in HTML emails and use authenticated, encrypted SMTP connections to Hostinger. SMTP credentials are loaded from private server configuration. These measures do not guarantee that information is protected against every risk.
Owner confirmation required: verify production HTTPS, server access controls, mailbox access and backup arrangements.
Retention
Emails, replies, application information and Cal.com booking records may be retained by Sprixo and the services used to handle them. This notice does not specify a retention period because a business retention policy has not been confirmed.
Owner confirmation required: set and document retention and deletion practices for enquiries, unsuccessful applications, bookings, mailboxes and backups, including any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can choose whether to submit a form or book a consultation. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or discuss withdrawing consent for future handling, contact Sprixo using the email below. Rights and any limits on requests depend on applicable law and the records involved; provider-held records may require a separate request to that provider.
